OCTOBER 2009 • I ran some numbers for Clark Steel and your Recordable
Incident Rate at Rady Children's Hospital. In 2009 through September, your RIR is Zero. Clark Steel has done a
great job in regards to safety. I am hoping that you thank all your employees for taking the extra time to do their
jobs safely. I have been commended on multiple occasions from my management team and hospital executives about our employees.

JUNE 2008 • I am extremely pleased to say that I have had the opportunity to personally work with
Kevin Clark and the staff at Clark Steel Fabricators on some of the more notable projects in the San Diego Area. A few
are the Del Mar Satellite Wagering Facility (1990), Del Mar Grandstand Replacement (A National Build America Award Winner
- 1993), the Cortez Blu 22-story hi-rise residential project (2005), and most recently the award winning Hard Rock Hotel in
downtown San Diego (2007).
From
the office to the field, the staff was extraordinary to work with. The office staff handled contract and submittal information
quickly and professionally and worked with us to quickly resolve issues that could possibly have turned into delays or other
challenges. Deliveries were timely and Clark always had the manpower with the skills necessary to do their job quickly
and professionally, even if at times things weren’t always “ideal”.
I personally enjoyed
working with everyone at Clark, especially that big “teddy bear” Kevin. I would recommend them highly to
anyone.

2008 • This was my first opportunity to work with CSF at the ICC Lot 2 Medical Building. I was very impressed with the
attention to detail, quality of workmanship and aggressive approach to meet our schedule.
The project manager was proactive throughout the project,
and helped resolve design and installation issues. The field crew was knowledgeable and well prepared.
It was a great experience working with CSF, and I look forward to working with them on future
projects.
