KIMBERLEY (KIM) CLARK • President
/ CFO Kimberley, President, has worked at Clark Steel since its' inception in 1977. Her duties have
grown through the years, starting with general office and accounting including job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
payroll, insurance and contract administration. Kim is now responsible for day-to-day operations, including overseeing
the bidding, contract negotiations, jobsite conflict resolutions and employee relations and implementation and final approval
of the Clark Steel Fabricators, Inc. Quality Control Manual. She is also active in the American Subcontractors
Association serving on the Board of Directors, the Government Relations and Education Committees and as the 2003 – 2006

KEVIN CLARK • Vice President
/ Operations Manager / Bid Coordination Kevin, Vice President, has also worked at Clark Steel since 1977, starting
out as a Field Ironworker. Kevin was responsible for all Field Operations as well as field crews of up to 15 men.
His duties now include estimating, scheduling and project management. Kevin has been responsible for running some
of the larger contracts we have performed such as Horton Plaza, University of California Irvine, The Del Mar Grandstand Replacement,
The Scripps Neurosciences Institute and San Diego State University Pedestrian Bridge.

MELVIN (MEL) CLARK • Estimator Mel worked for Clark Steel from 1977 to 1992
when he retired and moved out of state. He returned in 2003 and his many duties include estimating, heading up the plan
department, bringing in shop drawings from our detailers, checking and plotting drawings. Mel has been in the steel
fabricating industry since 1952.

MARK MENDOZA • General Manager Mark came on
board in 1999 to head up our Quality Control department. He has an extensive background in steel fabrication including
shop floor work, field erection work and managing his own steel fabrication shop. Mark is a Certified Welding Inspector
with the American Welding Society (AWS) and the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO). In 2001 Mark
was promoted to Project Manager and was responsible for shop drawing and material procurement, delivery and installation of
material to the jobsite, pricing extra work and resolution of any jobsite conflicts. Mark is now Director of Operations,
in charge of all aspects of the shop production and coordination of the Project Managers. Mark is also in charge
of our American Institute of Steel Construction certification, maintaining and revising the Clark Steel Fabricators Quality
Control Manual and serves as the company AISC Management Representative.

RICK BOSCO •
Project Manager Rick, Project Manager, came on board in 2001. Rick graduated in
1980 from USD with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He has worked in the steel industry since 1978 and
in 1984 started his own company, S. S. Steel Erectors, Inc. In 1989 Rick sold his interest in the company and worked
as a Project Manager for various steel fabricators in the area before coming to work for Clark Steel. Rick is responsible
for all aspects of project management including scope review, tracking Requests For Information, coordinating submittals and
maintaining relationships with customers. He is also responsible for assuring that all shop detail drawings conform
to approved structural design drawings, contract specifications, Clark Steel’s detailing standards, all applicable building
codes, industry standards and the Clark Steel Quality Control Manual. · Resides in El Cajon, CA ·

JAMES LANG • Purchasing Agent James came on
board in 2004 as our Purchasing Agent and Shipment Receiving Coordinator. He came to us with over 10 years experience
in metals procurement for Aerospace Manufacturing and Steel Fabrication and has had a business/finance background since 1981.
His duties include material procurement, identifying long lead items and tracking/coordinating the receipt of material shipments. · Resides in El Cajon, CA · Single · Hobbies: Classic Rock enthusiast (used to play drums in a band), diehard Parrot Head,
movie buff , gigantic Dallas Cowboy fan as football is his favorite sport
GARY MILLER • Project Manager Gary
returned to Clark Steel in 2005 after having worked for the company from 1986 to 1996. He has over 35 years experience
in the steel fabrication industry ranging from shop layout and welding to detailing, estimating and project management.
Gary also has an Associate of Science degree in Welding Technology and has taught adult vocational education. His current
duties include contract scope review, coordinating submittals, tracking Requests For Information, submitting monthly billing
recaps and customer relations. He is also responsible for assuring that all shop detail drawings conform to approved
structural design drawings, contract specifications, Clark Steel’s detailing standards, all applicable building codes,
industry standards and the Clark Steel Quality Control Manual. ·

MIKE FRY •
Quality Control Mike has been with the company since 1985. Mike started out in the shop
as a Welder/Helper and rose through the ranks to become Shop Foreman in 1990. In 2003 Mike was promoted to Quality Assurance
Inspector. He is in charge of coordinating the fabrication of materials and cross checking/verifying the detail drawings
and layout of shop fabrication. Mike also assists in monitoring our American Institute of Steel Construction certification
and is responsible for Quality Control Inspection during all fabrication functions pertaining to AISC compliance. · Resides in Santee, CA ·
Married, 1 Son and 2 Daughters · Hobbies: Golf, going to the Desert with bikes and buggy,
heading to the River, spending time at San Diego's Strand jet skiing
BILL SWART • Shop Foreman Bill, our shop foreman, has been with the company since 1999. Bill started out as a layout/fitter and
was promoted to lead man shortly thereafter. In 2003 Bill was promoted to shop foreman. He is directly responsible
for the day-to-day operations of the shop and the shop employees. His duties include assuring that all shop personnel
comply with the Clark Steel Fabricators Quality Control Manual and that all materials are fabricated per the specifications,
contractual agreements and AISC compliance.

TERRIE LOPEZ •
Administrative Assistant / Human Resources Terrie joined the
Clark Steel staff in May 2008. She brings to CSF over 20 years of experience in the construction industry,
ranging from working in the field as an electrician to office work as an estimating assistant, contract administrator
and office manager. At CSF, Terrie is an Administrative Assistant, assisting Kim Clark with important day-to-day
tasks like processing invoices, preparing checks for accounts payable, human resources and payroll. · Resides: El Cajon, CA · Married, 2 Sons · Hobbies: Camping, Fishing,
Golf, Cooking and Wine Tasting
WALT PIETILA • Field Operations Coordination Walt,
Field Foreman, has been with Clark Steel since 1989. Walt has also risen through the ranks, starting out as a Field
Ironworker. His duties now include coordination of Field Operations, hiring and overseeing of Field employees and jobsite
Contractor relations. Walt has also attended Crane Safety Training classes and is capable of operating the Company’s
mobile crane. · Resides

STEVE DICKERSON • Safety Support Started
in 2005 as a layout fitter in the rail dept and was soon promoted to Leadman. Currently in charge of monitoring the
CSF Injury and Illness Prevention Program, holding weekly safety meetings and participating in monthly Safety Committee
meetings with office staff. ·

SCOTT
DAMRON • Shipping / Receiving Started
in 1999 at CSF as a shop helper. Currently in charge of all aspects of shipping and receiving as well as scheduling,
a very important duty at Clark Steel. · Resides in Imperial Beach, CA · Single

TARAH MIINCH • Office Assistant Tarah, Kim’s daughter, started working full time in the office shortly after
graduating from El Capitan High School in 2003. Tarah answers the phones, files, assists in the printing of shop drawings,
processes the mail and assists the office personnel with day to day office activities. · Resides in Lakeside, CA · Single · Hobbies include: Riding her horse Little Joe on trail rides or in parades -- when
not entered in riding and harness competitions.
