Clark Steel Fabricators,
Inc. was established as a family business in 1977 by Melvin Clark. Melvin (Mel) retired from full-time office
work in 1991, continues to do bidding from time to time when not out on the golf course. Clark Steel Fabricators,
Inc. is now run by Mel's two children, Kimberley and Kevin, who have been active in the business since its' inception
in 1977. Kimberley is President and Chief Finanacial Officer and Kevin is Vice President and Operations Manager.
Clark Steel Fabricators, Inc. operates from its' newly constructed 10,000 square
foot commercial building located in the city of Lakeside, California, minutes from San Diego. The facility also includes
a 40,000 square foot fenced-in yard with a 3,600 square foot covered work area and overhead crane. The new facility
was well thought out when Kimberley and Kevin purchased the property and designed to enhance fabrication along with creating
efficient work areas.
Clark Steel Fabricators, Inc. has been a successful subcontractor on such major construction
projects in San Diego County as Horton Plaza Shopping/Retail Center (San Diego), Thornton Hospital (La Jolla), The Del
Mar Grandstand Replacement (Del Mar), Scripps Neurosciences Institute (La Jolla) as well as the Fashion Valley Mall
Expansion (San Diego) and the Qualcomm Stadium Trolley Station (San Diego).

holds California State Contractors License #416609 (C-51 Steel and SC-23 Ornamental Metals). CSF holds memberships in
American Subcontractors Association, San Diego Employers Association, National Federation of Indepedent Business and
the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
